Job Responsibilities

• World Class Greeting of service department customers in a prompt and courteous fashion—attitude is everything!
• Listen to customers to completely understand and clearly translate customer concerns to technicians
• Advise customers of services that their vehicle is due for using low pressure, transparent and high integrity methods
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates to customer using Service Lane Technology
• Continuously update your cusotmers on their repair status
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Handle any customer concerns with professionalism and positive attitude
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Compensation

Compensation is based on Individual Sales Performance along with bonuses for CSI
