Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and listen to their service needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers on repair and maintenance options
  • Provide cost estimates and timelines for recommended services
  • Coordinate with technicians to relay accurate information and updates
  • Schedule and follow up on service appointments
  • Maintain comprehensive records of service history
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
  • Promote dealership services and upsell relevant products

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical knowledge of automotive systems is a plus
  • Proficiency with dealership management software
  • High level of motivation, reliability, and professionalism
