We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in warranty processing who enjoys ensuring efficient and accurate claim handling.

Position Overview: The Warranty Administrator will manage all aspects of warranty claim submissions, working closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure compliance with warranty guidelines. We’re looking for a highly organized individual who can streamline processes and maintain accuracy, maximizing dealership reimbursement while supporting a smooth workflow within the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately to manufacturers and vendors in a timely manner
  • Review and verify claim accuracy, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary documentation
  • Track and follow up on outstanding warranty claims, addressing any claim rejections or discrepancies
  • Reconcile warranty payments and credits, maintaining detailed records
  • Ensure timely processing of all warranty paperwork, keeping accurate documentation for audits
  • Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies, recalls, and service bulletins

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in a dealership setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of dealership warranty guidelines and claim procedures
  • Proficient in dealership management software and warranty claim systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and manufacturers
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle claim rejections and adjustments
