As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and the service department. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service, ensure accurate vehicle diagnostics, and offer clear communication regarding repairs and maintenance.
✔️ Greet customers with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
✔️ Listen to vehicle concerns and accurately document service needs.
✔️ Provide repair recommendations and cost estimates.
✔️ Communicate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
✔️ Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
✔️ Maintain records of all service transactions.
✔️ Promote dealership services and maintenance programs.
✅ Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred).
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and services.
✅ Proficiency with computer systems and service software.
✅ A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
