🎯 What We're Looking For

• Proven success in automotive finance & insurance (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to maintain accurate paperwork, compliance, and lender relationships
• High attention to detail, organization, and deal structure efficiency
• Skilled in presenting and selling backend products (warranties, GAP, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and closing abilities
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Capable of managing multiple deals at once without missing a beat

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Secure financing through a wide network of lenders
• Present and sell F&I products to maximize dealership profit and enhance customer value
• Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and dealership requirements
• Accurately submit deals to lenders and ensure funding in a timely manner
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain a seamless deal flow
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, customers, and internal team members
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally and with care
