We are seeking a highly driven, performance-focused BDC Agent who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and is motivated by measurable results. This role is critical to driving dealership traffic by efficiently converting leads into scheduled appointments while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and internet leads with speed and accuracy
Engage customers to identify needs, overcome objections, and drive appointment setting with our sales team
Consistently meet or exceed daily call, contact, and appointment-set benchmarks
Create urgency and motivation for customers to visit the dealership and speak with a salesperson
Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure strong appointment show rates and smooth transitions
Maintain compliance with scripting, follow-up cadence, and call quality standards
Achieve individual and team KPIs, including call volume, contact rate, appointment-set rate, and show rate
Demonstrate efficient time management and productivity throughout scheduled shifts
Adapt quickly to coaching and performance feedback to improve results
Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach while driving sales outcomes
Results-oriented with a strong sales and performance mindset
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Highly organized, dependable, and goal-motivated
Automotive BDC or call center experience preferred, but not required
