Marketing Community Manager
We’re looking for a creative, people-focused Marketing Community Manager to help bring our brand to life—both online and in the community. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, building relationships, and being the voice behind a growing, customer-first brand. You’ll play a key role in strengthening connections with current customers, attracting new ones, and representing our dealerships at the local level.
What You’ll Do
Be the face of our brand at dealership events, promotions, and community sponsorships—before, during, and after each activation
Build and nurture relationships with local organizations, schools, and community partners
Manage day-to-day social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional, and on-brand way
Create and share compelling content that showcases vehicles, promotions, events, employees, and real customer stories
Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure messaging is aligned and campaigns are impactful
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing
Experience in automotive, retail, or local business marketing is a plus
Confident representing a brand publicly and handling customer interactions with professionalism and care
Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content performance
Excellent written communication and customer service skills
Basic graphic design and video editing experience (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)
Flexibility to support events or campaigns outside of standard business hours when needed
