Used Vehicle Manager

Own the pre-owned operation. Build the numbers. Lead the team.

We're looking for a Used Car Manager who wants full ownership of the pre-owned department. You'll run inventory, appraisals, pricing, and the sales floor for our pre-owned department, with the backing of a multi-store dealership group behind you.

What you'll own

• Acquire, appraise, and price pre-owned inventory to hit turn and gross targets
• Manage aging, wholesale decisions, and reconditioning timelines
• Desk deals, structure numbers, and work closely with F&I to maximize every deal
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to hit volume and CSI goals
• Use market data and inventory tools (vAuto or similar) to stay ahead of the market
• Build trade-in and acquisition pipelines from service, sales, and auction

You'll do well here if you

• Have 3+ years of used car management or pre-owned sales management experience
• Know how to read the market and move inventory before it ages
• Lead from the floor, not from behind a desk
• Hold yourself and your team accountable to the numbers
• Thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving store
