We are looking for Energetic and Motivated people to join our growing Service Business Development Call Center. Applicants must be self-motivated with high energy, enthusiastic, dependable, and results driven.

 

Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Our BDC Service Representatives are tasked with managing large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner. Identify customer needs, provide information on service appointment availability, partner with the service advisors, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives.

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers to schedule appointments
  • Initiate customer outreach/outbound calls regarding service needs and available offers in order to establish service appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and questions both by telephone and email
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide information on status of repairs
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
  • Maintain BDC, handling all incoming calls & administrative duties as well as working closely with customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
  • Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
