Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring a seamless experience for vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
  • Provide accurate and detailed information on service options and costs
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service queue
  • Communicate effectively with service technicians and customers
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of service orders
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
  • Upsell additional services when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills for managing service orders and customer information
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus
