Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Appraisals: Conduct thorough vehicle appraisals to determine trade-in values and negotiate effectively.
• Customer Prospecting: Identify potential customers, build relationships, and actively engage in prospecting activities to drive business.
• Service Appointment Coordination: Work closely with the service department to organize and manage service appointments efficiently.
• Collaboration with Service Advisors: Collaborate with service advisors to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and excellent customer service.
• Walk-Around Assistance: Assist in walk-around presentations, showcasing vehicles to customers, and highlighting key features.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive dealership experience.
