Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
  • Perform advanced-level maintenance and service tasks
  • Mentor and guide junior technicians
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient repairs
  • Uphold the dealership's standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • MOPAR Level 1-3 Certifications
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician in a dealership setting
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
