Ed Voyles Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Service Relations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Location: Marietta, GA
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Issue Resolution: Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to accurately assist customers.
  4. Order Processing: Handle order entries, tracking, and processing in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
  6. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  7. Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  2. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications.
