Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of parts and accessories.
• Accurately record and stock parts in the inventory system.
• Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Communicate with vendors, delivery personnel, and internal staff to resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Assist with parts department inventory counts and stock management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist customers and staff with part pickups and deliveries as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a shipping/receiving role, preferably in an automotive or parts environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (experience with dealership management software is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift heavy parts and packages (up to [insert weight requirement]).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
