Job Summary:
As an Internet Sales Agent / BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers shopping online. Your main responsibilities will include responding to online inquiries, setting up appointments, following up with leads, and assisting customers throughout the initial stages of their car-buying journey. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are committed to meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Establish a rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and provide helpful information about available vehicles and dealership services.
  • Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit the dealership and work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Follow up with leads that have not yet made a purchase decision.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals for lead response time, appointments set, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
