Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the right parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and compatibility information for all inquiries.
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently using dealership software.
• Maintain and organize inventory to ensure parts are readily available.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs.
• Upsell additional parts and accessories to enhance the customer experience.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and accessories.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with dealership software and inventory management tools.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
