• Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring timely collections
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare reports and maintain financial records
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors

• Prior accounts receivable or accounting experience is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
