Greet and check in customers coming in for oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed on service status
Review recommended services and help customers make smart decisions for their vehicle
Manage repair orders, documentation, and time expectations
Ensure a smooth, friendly, and efficient service experience from start to finish
Help direct vehicles through the express lane and keep workflow organized and moving
High energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset
Strong communication and time management skills
Customer service or retail experience preferred – automotive experience a bonus, but not required
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screen
Clear path for advancement into main shop service advisor roles or management
