Job Title: Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a true closer—a high-energy Sales Manager who lives on the desk, thrives on pressure, and refuses to let deals die. This role is for a proven deal-maker with deep knowledge of volume sales, finance, and creative structuring. If you know how to find deals others can’t and push every opportunity to the finish line, we want you.

Responsibilities:

  • Desk and close deals from start to finish—no hand-offs, no excuses
  • Structure tough, outside-the-box deals to get approvals and close customers
  • Work deals aggressively with salespeople, lenders, and finance
  • Maximize volume and gross while protecting CSI
  • Hold the sales team accountable and drive urgency on the floor
  • Jump in front of customers when needed to close the deal
  • Keep the pipeline moving and the showroom energized

Qualifications:

  • Proven automotive sales management experience (CDJR preferred)
  • Strong finance knowledge with the ability to structure difficult deals
  • Closer mentality—you don’t wait for deals, you hunt them
  • High-pressure, high-volume mindset with thick skin
  • Ability to motivate salespeople through leadership and accountability
