As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through an exceptional buying experience by understanding their needs, presenting vehicle solutions, and building long-term relationships. We provide the tools, training, and mentorship needed to help you succeed at a high level.
Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs and preferences
Become a Product Knowledge Specialist, gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, technology, and benefits
Conduct professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Prepare accurate quotes and explain financing options clearly
Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with all customers
Set and manage quality appointments using proven strategies
Deliver an outstanding customer experience through continuous communication
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Automotive sales experience preferred, not mandatory
Must be confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with customers

Pay Range: $45,544 – $118,339 per year
Supplemental Pay: Commission
