Accounting Clerk – Dealership Accounting Office

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our dealership’s accounting office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to gain hands-on experience in dealership accounting operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Scan, file, and organize accounting documents and deal jackets

  • Assist with copies, mailings, and general office support tasks

  • Help with specific accounting functions such as data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation

  • Support the accounting team with special projects and audits as needed

  • Maintain accurate records while following established processes and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment

  • Basic accounting or office experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

  • Comfortable with computers, scanners, and office equipment

  • Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
