Ed Voyles Automotive Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Stockperson to support our Parts Department. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking parts while maintaining accurate records and a clean, efficient work environment.
Receive and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quantity
Break down, organize, and stock inventory according to dealership standards
Fill will-call orders and pull parts for counter sales
Maintain receiving, shipping, and returned-parts records
Keep bins, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and clearly labeled
Assist with department organization, bin movement, and equipment upkeep
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of dealership or parts-related experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret vendor catalogs and instructions
Proficient with parts department systems and basic math
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to maintain a fast-paced, physically active workday
