What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in the daily accounting operations of one of our dealerships, including:

• Preparing and posting daily deposits
• Calling and following up on Parts & Service A/R balances
• Stocking in vehicles accurately and on time
• Processing floorplan payoffs
• Reconciling and maintaining organized title drawers
• Posting warranty statements and maintaining daily schedules
• Assisting with title work and supporting the accounting team as needed

Every task you handle directly supports the success of the dealership. Your accuracy and follow-through truly matter.

• Already works in a dealership environment—or has at least one year of dealership accounting experience (preferred)
