Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage courtesy vehicle deliveries
• Accurately process vehicle deals in a timely manner
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy
• Handle tag and title processing in compliance with regulations
• Oversee vehicle ordering and support client account management
• Track, maintain, and report on fleet data and activity
• Review, analyze, and clean/maintain schedules related to fleet operations to ensure accuracy and proper reporting
